Alex Malcom

Alex grew up in Nelson, where his love of sport started with the Tasman Mako and Marty Banks, that eventually leading him to create this page more than ten years ago.

That passion led to roles with the Tasman Mako, the Chiefs, and Spark Sport, giving him experience across both grassroots and professional sport.

These days, he’s based in Perth working with Rugby Australia, but still shares his take on sport in the same way the page started.

Georgia is a sports-mad Kiwi who realised early on that talking about sport was easier than taking tackles.

With a background in New Zealand media, Georgia joined 'The Legend of Marty Banks' as content and partnerships support, with the aim of making sports news simple and easy to follow.
